Yes, refunds are allowed based on the basis of each product. Requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of purchase and receipt of goods.

For expensive products, we highly recommend you purchase shipping insurance. For standard products, insurance costs range between JPY 2,500 to JPY 3,000 per box, please inform us while you purchase.

- Option 1: HFY will replace the product
- Option 2: Customer will get 100% refund
To qualify for returns or exchanges all the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused.

- Provide photos/video via email for verification before return.
